Clothing can be exchanged or refunded back to the original payment method if sent back by mail or brought back to the store within 7 days of receiving. Shoes can be exchanged or refunded back to the original payment method if sent back by mail or brought back to the store within 7 days of receiving. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, accessories, special orders and SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. No exceptions. Sale items are final sale.

After the 7 day period, all items become final sale. All exchanges are final sale, unless the item being exchanged is due to damage, or issue on our end. Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attaches or shoe box, cannot be worn, washed, or altered. The return total will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout and will post within 7-10 business days.

SHIPPING & IN STORE PICK UP:

All domestic Monkee's of Brentwood packages are shipped via UPS with USPS shipping at a flat rate of $15. We are not offering international shipping at this time. Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed.

In store pick up is available at checkout and orders can be picked up at the store address.
